Well on mobile network u will always get less SOT coz of fluctuation in network and if it's 5G then ur battery drain will be even more so the guys who get higher SOT will often be on wifi

Well the answer for ur question is there any other option Well answer is yes u may have to make some compromises
1) keep ur screen on FHD
2) Try to use phone in 4g
3) Turn on light profile keep ur phone in dark mode
4) set a routine where if ur phone battery goes below 35% it would turn on power saving mode

Well after reading this some intellectuals may come up and say how dare u to suggest this things are we idiots here to pay 1.25L and downgrade our phone😁😁😁😁😁😁😁

And yeah forgot about refresh rate thing u can put ur phone in 60hz rather than 120hz to save some juice😁😁😁😁😁😁
