SD card decryption in nougat

Hello! i have encrypted my SD card in marshmallow version. now i have updated my s7edge to Nougat. it says the SD card cant be decrypted.solution please

I had like this scenario: encrypted my sd card in marshmallow. I am trying to decrypt now my sd card in nougat and yes! It is decrypting.

Question is: Before you upgraded to nougat, did you try to reset the phone without decrypting the sd card first? If you have done this method, i believe you won't be able to decrypt it anymore unless you are an expert who can decrypt it.

no i did not decrypt it before updating my phone

If you have decided to reset your phone before upgrading to nougat, sd card "must" be decrypted first. Since the phone basically will be fresh and new, the sd card won't recognize it as the same phone you used to encrypt it before
