When i open samsung pay it is promoting that "CAN'T USE SAMSUNG PAY TRY AGAIN LATER"

did you changed your motherboard from 3rd party or samsung service center ? check your device stratus if its rooted or not.

yes i did change from 3rd party but my device status is official

then there are various method and apps to check root status for samsung. there is an app called root checker. download it and check if your phone is rooted or not.
