go to device care open 3 dots go auto restart feature and disable

Sometimes when it gets stuck it would restart or sometimes of heat or sometimes it's scheduled to install a update. did you get the reason from Samsung.

No bro, none of the reason I got. simply unlocked my phone it was restarted automatically
