It's mostly with note 9 and s9
The day i updated to march patch that thing started occurring

I have searched the internet and most of them (note 9 and s9 users) are getting this green flickering screen issue
Many user reported that Samsung service center don't open your phone to check the problem they just say to change the display
And s9 display cost about 13k

I found out the issue to this problem. My S9 did the same thing. The phone repair technician told me that the battery was dying because I would leave the phone on the charger when its on 100%, and I would use  the phone (calling, playing, and using apps) while its on the charger. Thats a battery killer moves. I believe the battery is somewhat connected to your screen. The battery dying affected the screen, damaging the LSP. I had to get a  screen replacement and a new battery. The issue went away.
