S9 & Note 9 users deserve One UI 2.1

Users who bought the S9 and Note 9 on the factory Android 8.0 firmware had pro video mode on their devices. Removing this feature in Android 9 Pie was a disservice to your customers. Pro video mode should be returned to all S9 and Note 9 users at the very least after all customers paid for this feature. S8 and Note 8 users do not have Android 10 so this is harder but should still receive it. As much as I would like to revert to 8.0 Oreo for the pro video mode it is impossible due the bootloader being locked and thus the only way to return these features is for Samsung update their devices. 

One UI 2.1 to should be distributed to S9 and Note 9 users as a way of showing that Samsung is faithful to their customers.

exactly we want those features back s9 and note 9 deserves it because they have removed many features it should be given back including bixby routines officially and quick share as well

No. It's not possible. Tried flashing Oreo with Odin. They added e fuses that block it on a hardware level.
