S8 Plus touch screen becomes unresponsive

s8 plus touch screen becomes unresponsive & cant be unlocked. frequently facing this problem after August 2018 security patch update. tried soft reset, hard reset & cache partition clearing. despite reinstalling software from Service center its cropping up ! any solution to the issue...

The issue seems to have been resolved it was due to tampered glass that touch was getting affected along with moisture in humid weather creating problem

1. tampered glass
2. memory card if it is inserted in the phone..

Thanks guys.. After running around few days to many samsung service centers finally got it diagnosed. it was a motherboard issue which was replaced & problem solved.
