S7 edge crashing

Hi all ..... my s7 edge is keeps on crashing... it's shuts down and trys to restart several time... in dat process it heats up like a hell.... is any1 experiencing the same... is it a hardware or software error?

Now recently it crashed and been dead for more than 5 days.... it was not even charging initially then after 5 days it charged and started. nw also it is crashing. what needs to be done nw?

yes 3rd time in 8 months

no my device won't have such type of problems

sometimes it stops if u clear cache partition by doing a force shutdown
