Recently dial pad app in s7 edge is crashing very frequently. Taking too much time to forward calls. Frequent shuffling between emergency mode and normal . Please fix this samsung. Dial pad is a frequently used app and its irritating to see that crash everytime. It takes 4 to 5 minutes literally to forward calls. Please fix this at the earliest

- Navigate to apps >> Settings >> Apps >> Tap on three dots >> Reset app preferences.
- Navigate to apps >> Settings >> Apps >> Tap on three dots >> Show system apps >> Phone >>Storage >> Clear data.
- Please run your device in safe mode.
- Please do reset your device on factory mode after taking the data backup Via Smart switch and remove the Google account.
- If still issue persists, the relevant department will serve you better, if you can provide logs/video within 15 minutes of issue occurrence by registering this feedback in Error Section (Samsung Members App -> Feedback -> Questions/Errors -> Create -> Error reports).
