Does anyone have the problem of fingerprint not being recognised properly? If I place my finger horizontaly it recognises it, but if it's vertical it doesn't & I have to try it again. Help if there's a fix, it's really annoying.
P.S.- I have registered 4 fingertips.

just register your finger in all directions.
and you can do that in 1 fingerprint only.
try it out and let me know if it helps :)

This won't happen if you set it up properly.

Thanks for being with Samsung and for sharing your concern. We are delighted to see that everyone is trying to help another. We would suggest you that register your fingerprints in all directions.
