S25+ not able to create work profile

Hi, I am not able to create work profile and can't install Microsoft company portal intuit. 

I have gone to my IT team and they have said its S25 device problem. 

Same problem is there in US also given in below link. 

Kindly help or exchange this phone.

Unable to configure Intune Company portal on s25 ultra UAE VERSION....any tips?. I have worked with my IT department and they told me its a Samsung issue

Same issue with my S25+ UAE Version... any update to clear this issue.. or samsung has to replace the devices..
