S25+ not able to create work profile

Hi, I am not able to create work profile and can't install Microsoft company portal intuit. 

I have gone to my IT team and they have said its S25 device problem. 

Same problem is there in US also given in below link. 

Kindly help or exchange this phone.

It works with me , last try before few seconds, installed the app and logged in to my account,

Which company portal app are you using?

Interesting. Have you tried another EMM service? It could be Microsoft.
