S25 Ultrs Zoom issue with camera making sound and it's flickering while zooming

Anyone facing zooming issue with S25 Ultra.

While zooming camera 1 to 0.6 then camera makes flickering and some sound comes up.

This is very weird thing and my software also up to date.

Yes will do that but it seems like it's hardware issue now...i have updated latest version as well but it also did not work also did factory reset. Final option would be visit service center but data backup and backup phone needed if this needs to submit.

Please clear catche and clear data of this app and reset camera settings also reset all settings of your's device in general management settings also Flight ✈️ mode on n off one time also optimize your's device in device care too also clear catche of all apps manually then try to it's again. Please perform the below-mentioned troubleshooting steps, these may help in resolving your concern.

● Reset the camera settings: Tap on Camera>Settings>Reset settings>Reset.

● Update the software if available: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/

● You can reset your device by following the steps:
1. Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
2. Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
3. If you do not remember the password then advise to reset (Forgot password) your Google account.

Path: Settings> General Management.>Reset>Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup>After backup tap on Factory data reset to reset your device to its factory default settings.
This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.

If the issue persists, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.

I am not getting if flagship phones are getting this kind of issues then it is big problem.

Yesterday, I started facing same problem and till now solution provided from contact center. If a flagship will show such problem within 4 months of purchase it is really a matter of shame

Yes I also very much disappointed with the issue n final option would be to visit service center only.
