Hello , My phone is used for 2 days and I have found that s25 ultra takes randomly screenshots, even when not touching the screen.

Please go to service center or check gestures of screenshot in settings there is also an option of factory resetting the phone ( I am not sure if they would work or not but there is a better solution that you should contact customer support)

I am facing the same issue. S25 ultra is capturing auto screenshots. I have kept Palm Swipe Capture feature off still it's happening.

Hello All, I figured it out, I was facing this issue due to RegiStar app. Back tap option was on hence double tap on back side was clicking the screenshot. 1739179393519.jpg

Dear Samsung Member,

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

As per your concern, we would request you to disable accidental touch protection feature from following steps.

Path: Settings>Display>Accidental touch protection(disable).

If still facing the issue, kindly disable the accessibility advanced settings.

Path:Settings > Advanced features > Motions and gestures > turn off ‘Palm swipe to capture'.

In case the issue still occurs, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).

Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support
