S24ultra Phone stuck on Powered by Android screen overnight on wireless charger

My S24ultra Phone stuck on Powered by Android overnight on wireless charger.. such thing never happened before. 

Long press power button for morethan 10 seconds, nothing happened [I panicked]

Long press up button + power button for more than 10 seconds, nothing happened [I panicked more] 

Long press down button + power button for more than 10 seconds, the phone rebooted from the stuck powered by android dim screen.

What could have happened? Phone is working alright since the bootup. 

Have adaptive battery charging on since a month and have a look on attached screenshot.

Most probably motherboard issue. Did you video recorded the issue ?

I doubt its motherboard issue..
Nope. I was on panic mode but it only showed dimmed screen saying "powered by android" screen it comes while bootup. But the phone is working fine as usual. But why it auto reboot on 1st place? I have turned off autoreboot and shows autoreboot: never.

When you opened samsung members, did it show "your phone incorrectly rebooted" or, something like that ?

Nope. Nothing like that. I paid attention on smoothness and battery all is normal like daily

Here. I have taken a pic. Happened tonight also. I guess it's due to island app and enabling secure folder?

No, it is not due to them. I would request you to visit service center and you have warranty why are you risking for it ? You would definitely not want to face such issues after warranty.
Please go to service center.
If it is motherboard issue, they will replace it. If not, then tell them to reinstall/update the software. Don't forget to take a backup.

But, as per my experience, I am quite sure it is motherboard issue.

I feel i rule out as motherboard issue as it happens at same time every night. I have turned off auto restart Still it comes back to "powered by android" at same time at night only. Looks like needing for a factory reset? Thanks for all ur help. I disabled secure lock for now let's see if happens tomorrow, I'll keep you all updated! 🙏❤ lots of love

It is your device your choice.
I don't know if you know this incident; but it is about famous exynos 9611 motherboard dead issue. And, it's early symptoms were this only. Later, after some 2-3 months post warranty they were stuck at bootloop and then motherboard died which requires about same price as the phone to replace it.
I had m30s and m21, they also faced this restart while charging and at night stuck at that logo issue; but they did not die for me atleast they still running at 5 year mark. But, many users faced motherboard dead after warranty.
Why I am telling you to visit service center is because after warranty your motherboard may die or, may not (60:40 chance).
But, it is not due to any app or, software update.
You can try factory data reset, reinstall the software from service center, etc..
