In samsung s24fe The default camera application, including the selfie camera, exhibits a green tint, particularly under low-light conditions and when utilizing the 60fps setting. And its really disgusting please fix this asap

Yes brother i have also noticed the same thing they have to improve the s24fe camera performance both in day and night in day if i am taking a human shot and sun is behind the object i have seen some noise in the face portion in all the lenses and yes in the night as you have mentioned its there they have to fix the camera

See i am not mentioning about green line if green line comes after you have installed the new version of one ui then its the company responsibility to fix this out but about the update they can give update regarding the post processing of the photos and videos and yes we all s24fe users have to speaks it loud then they will provide good updates regarding cameras and battery performance and overall

Please perform the below-mentioned troubleshooting steps, these may help in resolving your concern.

● Kindly check physical condition of your camera lens.

● Kindly clean the camera lens by microfiber cloth or a cleaning wipe. Gently remove the fingerprint, dirt and dust from the camera lens.

● Reset the camera settings: Tap on Camera>Settings>Reset settings>Reset.

● Update the software if available: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/

● You can reset your device by following the steps:
1. Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
2. Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
3. If you do not remember the password then advise to reset (Forgot password) your Google account.

Path: Settings> General Management.>Reset>Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup>After backup tap on Factory data reset to reset your device to its factory default settings.
This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.

If the issue persists, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.

I always clear my lenses before taking photos and videos pls provide a update for the cameras i am mentioning it again if i am taking a human photo and the sun is behind the object it brings noise in the face of the object and in the night i dont have to mention you also know that samsung flagships are lacking in the night photography and videography pls provide an update regarding cameras
