It took 2 days....I had missing docs that's why.

I don't quality for R4000....I think that's only when you purchase from Samsung Online...I think it was only until 14Feb....speaking under correction

Did you have to use the new device to claim your R1k voucher? I can't seem to find the claim on my S22 Ultra as I don't wanna use my new phone just yet.
