A battery life of less than 4.5 hours on a full charge is definitely not what one would expect from a high-end device like the S24 Ultra.

Several factors could be contributing to this issue. Let's start with the basics:

- *Display settings*: High display brightness, refresh rate, and Always On Display can quickly drain your battery.
- *Resource-intensive apps*: Apps running in the background, social media, and gaming can consume a lot of power.
- *Software updates*: Sometimes, updates can introduce bugs or optimization issues that affect battery life.
- *Hardware issues*: Faulty battery sensors, charging ports, or other hardware components can cause rapid battery drain.

To address this issue, try these troubleshooting steps:

- *Reduce display brightness* and adjust the screen resolution.
- *Close unused apps* and disable background activity.
- *Turn off Always On Display* and adjust your sleep timeout settings.
- *Check for software updates* and install the latest version.
- *Calibrate your battery* by letting it drain to 0% and then charging it to 100%.
- *Reset your device's settings* to their default values.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, it's possible that there's a hardware problem that requires professional attention. You may want to visit a Samsung authorized service center for further diagnosis and repair.

It's worth noting that you're not alone in experiencing this issue. Several users have reported similar problems on the Samsung Community forums.
