Pls comment your experience after the 1st update 
And why isn't samsung providing seemless updates to the series like before 
What experience has been changed for you'll and how are you'll coping up with the usage heat and other things!

Some improvement in camera, but zooming capability is not improved, further there is no issues like battery draining, overall update is good

Experience after the first update has been good to say the least but there is always a room for improvement. I didnt any battery drain after the update as others are claming. See, if you want to purchase it now, go ahead and buy it as Samsung will keep on improving the device with time and more feedback it gets. There no particular time where you can say Samsung has fixed all the issues and its the best time tp buy the device now.

As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

Turn off Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, etc: Turn off unused functions like Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth & Location settings when not using them.
Step 1: On the home screen swipe down the notification panel.
Step 2: Turn off Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, and other connectivity features when not using them.

Decrease the screen brightness: If your device is heating, decrease the screen brightness sometimes high brightness level may cause the heating issue.

Is there any unnecessary application running in the background?
Kindly close the background running applications in the device (Tap the left side key & close the background running application).

Kindly uninstall that application by following the below steps and check once as the issue might occur due to third-party applications: Settings> Apps> Select the third-party application from Apps> Uninstall.

Long duration of graphics-intensive gaming sessions may cause the heating issue.

The usage of a mobile phone when charging may cause heating issues. So we recommend you avoid usage of mobile phone while charging.

In case the issue still occurs, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
