Galaxy SDear Samsung Member,
Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!
As per your query, we want to inform you that our developer teams continue to work towards enhancing our product through software updates. Please note that regular OS upgrades may occasionally lead to delays in our planned updates, as we prioritize thorough testing, bug resolution, and rigorous quality checks.
Kindly stay tuned for the UI 7 update, which will be released very soon. To stay updated, please remain active on the Samsung Members application, as you will be notified when the update arrives on your device.
Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support

Galaxy SYour response is deeply disappointing and fails to address the core concerns of your customer base. The vague reassurance that "developer teams continue to work" is simply unacceptable.
We, your customers, are not satisfied with generic platitudes. We are witnessing smaller brands, like Redmi, not only deliver the Android 15 update but also consistently provide timely security patches. This stark contrast highlights a critical failure on Samsung's part.
The sentiment among Samsung users is not merely one of impatience; it's profound disappointment and frustration. The constant delays and lack of transparency have eroded our trust in Samsung's ability to deliver timely software updates.
Therefore, we demand more than just vague promises. We require:
* A concrete and realistic timeline for the UI 7/Android 15 update.
* A detailed explanation of the specific challenges causing these delays.
* A commitment to learn from the successful strategies of other manufacturers.
* A review of the current team responsible for these updates. If other brands can do this, then there is a problem with the team that is working on the Samsung updates.
Frankly, it's time for Samsung to acknowledge its shortcomings and take decisive action. If necessary, this includes reevaluating the personnel dedicated to software updates. We expect a response that demonstrates a genuine commitment to addressing our concerns and restoring our faith in Samsung.
Sincerely,
A Disappointed Samsung Customer (and countless others)
