S24 ultra titanium frame very poor quality

• I was using last 2 weeks with spigen back case,the frame is scratches or colour fading with in 2 weeks, i using very carefully and well but unfortunatly the quality of the phone is very bad, i upgraded from iphone 13 pro max the quality of iphone much better, iam very much dissappointed with new samsung s24 ultra

This is serious issue. Even with Aluminium frame this tyle of scratches were not visible within few days. Please immediately contact service center. If they don't do anything, complain in consumer forum online

I contact samsung service center, they said it is cosmetic damage thay cant do anything.

Cosmetic changes means what?? It's their fault and we are suffering. How can any case cause such abrupt scratches

They said it is happening because of the back case, i argue with them more than haif hour but nothing happed

Really bad situation, as we are facing some camera lens shift issue all around and if the Titnium frame starts scratching just because of case then we are the foolish to buy this device. Now u fight with spigen.

We surely know it is the problem with device only. But they are not accepting. Lodge complaint on online consumer forum
