S24 ultra heating during gaming

Hi guys. 

I'm playing bgmi in my phone. Phone is getting over heated and the performance is degraded. Anyone know the key to fix this? In my previous s23 ultra I've never faced this issue.

I think lots of issues will be fixed with the first software/firmware update after getting the new s24 devices out of the box. I am feeling some camera performance issues on my galaxy s24. I have a galaxy s23 too in my family. It is working well as compared to new galaxy S24.

The S24 Series (out of the box) is just like a newborn baby so it will take some time (Updates) to adjust to the software. Wait for upcoming bug free updates.

But generally sd chipsets don't show this behavior. That's my concern.

As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

Turn off Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, etc: Turn off unused functions like Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth & Location settings when not using them.
Step 1: On the home screen swipe down the notification panel.
Step 2: Turn off Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, and other connectivity features when not using them.

Decrease the screen brightness: If your device is heating, decrease the screen brightness sometimes high brightness level may cause the heating issue.

Is there any unnecessary application running in the background?
Kindly close the background running applications in the device (Tap the left side key & close the background running application).

Kindly uninstall that application by following the below steps and check once as the issue might occur due to third-party applications: Settings> Apps> Select the third-party application from Apps> Uninstall.

Long duration of graphics-intensive gaming sessions may cause the heating issue.

Usage of a mobile phone when charging may cause heating issues. So we recommend you avoid usage of mobile phone while charging.

I'm using the same settings that I had with my s23 ultra. With advanced processor and cooling how I'm getting this issue. Because of thermal throttle my game action slowed down. I don't think above mentioned steps don't suit my expectations since I had same function in s23 ultra as well. Pls fix this.
