Hi guys 

Please help me to sort out.. i was using the mobile till past half hour..it's normal..but after that I suddenly saw a yellow horizontal line and followed by all gray horizontal line full of display.. I dont know what to do.. I restarted my mobile..no use.. switched on in safe mode too.. no use..


What it could be?.. am worried of dispaly cost.. it's already a 1.6years old mobile.

I'm too shocked that the S24 series is now getting this problem, but I'm a little less worried as I use the UAE version of the S24 Ultra because it happens mostly with India units.

Since it's 1.6 years this is expected of your Samsung phone. Same happened to me last year. To fix this display issue service center asked for 55000 rupees.

● Update software on device: apps screen > Settings > Software update > Download and install > Download > Install now.

● Reset the device:
Note: Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite. Remember Google password before resetting the device because it required during initial setup. If you don't remember the password, then reset (Forgot password) your google account.

Settings > General Management > Reset > Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup > Factory data reset (This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.)
