S24 ultra camera features

Hi Samsung, 

Compared to my S24 Ultra, the Honor Magic6 Pro phone is priced much lower, but its camera performance is very good - including zooming, image capture quality, and video capabilities. 

I am really disappointed repeatedly. Can you tell me why I need to spend more money? 

The display brightness is worse compared to the S23 Ultra.

The AI features are below average only:

• My mother tongue language is not available. 
• The zooming camera is also very poor compared to lower-priced mobiles. 
• Software updates are also lacking - I haven't received any important performance updates.

Please don't lose hope in your customers. 

I bought the S22 Ultra when it was launched, then the S23 Ultra last year, and now the S24 Ultra. I trusted your products, but now I have lost that trust.

I feel like my money has been wasted. 

For example, in the AI Features, when using long text, it displays like that only.

S24 and everyone's cash is gone and Samsung says it's new technology. Samsung says that Grainy Display is a new technology

Yes there many Issues in Samsung S24 Ultra need to be fixed by Samsung :

1) Sunlight Display Issue,
2) Battery Draining fast,
3)Camera Needs to be Improved,
4) Need to update many more camera features

......etc.,

Let us Raise our Voice to Enable to fix those issues

Samsung S24 Ultra Sunlight Display Issue

Hi,

I am using Samsung S24 Ultra and Unable to use even 10 minutes in Sunlight...

After using mobile for 3 minutes or so the Screen is getting Over heated & Unable to see the Display as it will become Dim after that it will become Normal only after you go it Indoor..

I am facing this issue since many days tried lot of Solutions suggested by Samsung team in Samsung Community forums like Reset, applying adaptive Color tone,.....etc., but this problem was not fixed

Finally last week I visited Samsung Service Center, they tried :

1.IQC---No Problem in it,

2.They Done Software for it---Unable to fix the issue

I was really vexed of trying all these and not getting any solution for the above Problem..

it's Big Issue in a Flagship Mobile But Samsung was Unable to fix the issue

Buying Mobile for Lakhs of rupees But Unable to Use it even 10 Minutes in Sunlight Displayyyy

So Dissappointed for Purchasing Samsung S24 Ultra with above issue..

I wasted lot of Money, Lot of time, lot of Efforts......etc.,

Even I faced the same issue while I was riding my bike. And I Put the phone on the mobile stand. So the phone gets heated in about fifteen minutes..

The zoom quality is also verse of the 3 x zoom and even 30x zoom .
Now oppo has better zoom image quality and bigger camera then samsung
