S24 ultra back glass automatically remove

Iam using s24 ultra past 9 months 

2 month back happened this and iam going service centre they said you're using o ur phone hot area like fire hair dryer bt iam telling iam not using like that they said i cannot do anything 

Now iam going mall and check with demo phone same problem in demo phone

Make sure you have your docket number from service center if u don't have go there and get ur docket or service number.
