Hi,

Need help on this. This is really frustrating.
Whenever I receive call the phone rings for 1 sec and then automatically it turn down to Vibration mode only. Phone doesn't ring at all. My phone is in general mode only with 100 volume but still the ringtone turns down to zero automatically
Please someone help and guide me. Attached SS for reference. As you can see the phone is in General mode, however the ringtone is zero (turns down automatically) when phone rings

Go to settings search for Hearing enhancement and check if "Mute all sounds" is disabled

Any chance you use a phone case? If yes, can you remove the phone case and try a call?

This issue could be caused by a few possible settings or app behaviors. Please check the following:

1. Mute with Gestures:
Go to Settings > Advanced features > Motions and gestures
Disable Mute with gestures or Turn over to mute if enabled.

2. Do Not Disturb:
Ensure Do Not Disturb is not scheduled or automatically turning on.
Check in Settings > Notifications > Do not disturb.

3. Bixby Routines or Modes and Routines:
Go to Settings > Modes and Routines
Ensure no routine is configured to lower ringtone or change sound profile during calls.

4. Digital Wellbeing / Focus Mode:
Check Settings > Digital Wellbeing for any active Focus Mode that could mute calls.

5. Third-party apps:
Uninstall or review call management, automation, or battery saver apps that might control sound settings.

6. Safe Mode Test:
Restart your phone in Safe Mode and receive a call.
If it works fine, the issue is caused by a third-party app.
