Galaxy SDear Samsung Member,
Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!
As per your query, we want to inform you that Since the Ultra-wide, Wide, and telecamera lenses are physically located in different positions, there is also a difference in view angle, similar to eye parallax.
Thus, changing the zoom ratio leads to camera lens shift which in turn causes a subtle change in view angle. Also, when changing the zoom ratio quickly, the preview screen may appear slightly disconnected as it takes time to switch between the Ultra-wide, Wide, and telecamera lenses. If you move the zoom slowly, the screen transition becomes smoother.
In case the issue still occurs, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send)
Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support
