Dear Samsung Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to share my experience with the Samsung S24 Ultra, which I have been using for the past 20 days alongside my Samsung S23 Ultra.

Unfortunately, I have encountered some major issues with the S24 Ultra that I would like to bring to your attention. Firstly, I have noticed that the display brightness on the S24 Ultra always feels lower or underexposed compared to the S23 Ultra when both devices are set to the same brightness level. This discrepancy in display brightness has been a noticeable issue for me.

Secondly, I have observed significant performance issues with the camera on the S24 Ultra. The camera quality, particularly in low light conditions, has been poor even after the latest software update with the April 2024 security patch. The images captured by the camera appear noisy and lacking in clarity, which is disappointing compared to the camera performance of the S23 Ultra.

I kindly request your assistance in addressing these issues with the Samsung S24 Ultra. As a current user of the S23 Ultra, I am finding it difficult to justify upgrading to the S24 Ultra given the issues I have encountered. I believe it is important for customers to have a seamless and satisfactory user experience with their devices, and I would appreciate any solutions or refinements that can be made to improve the performance of the S24 Ultra.

Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to hearing back from you with any recommendations on how to resolve these issues.

Dear Samsung Member,

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

As per your query, we want to inform you that the Galaxy S24 series model has been adjusted for colors and brightness for more accurate and comfortable vision while using. It has made some changes to the display technology to offer a more natural viewing experience, so you may notice differences in color depth when compared to older devices.

However, This concept of behavior on the display is an intended color adjustment and is not a defect of the product, so you can use it with confidence. Although, we are taking your valuable feedback regarding this.

Moreover, kindly report the problems with a log file regarding the camera issue. Also, share video clips and images for better understanding. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).

Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support

I have used S22+, then S23U, now S24U.

S24 ultra is the worst. Brightness is always lower all the time. I'm now operating with adaptive brightness off. Then camera white balance issue. Poor night photos or if there is a light in your background.

This phone is far much worse than S23 ultra. I regret buying this version. It's wasted money. When u try to increase volume it freezes at times and responds later on. Samsung u let us down on this S24 ultra. I respect S23 ultra. Best phone by far.
