S24 ui 8 not available till now

S24 mein ui 8 kb aayga mere device mein ui 8 beta show ho rha h stable version kb aayga aur ye beta kb remove hoga

Today is 2nd October till not received only shows beta version

you have to install the beta version then it will be available

The last Beta closer update is stable version of One UI 8.0 update which is already released to your device. So please don't bothered about this issue now.
