I purchased the Samsung S24 Exynos variant with high expectations, given Samsung's reputation for quality and innovation. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Here's a breakdown of the issues I've faced:

1. **Battery Issues**: The battery life on my Samsung S24 has been extremely disappointing. Despite moderate use, the battery drains rapidly, forcing me to charge it multiple times a day. This is not what I expected from a premium device.

2. **Heat Issues**: The device tends to overheat quickly, even with basic tasks such as browsing or using social media apps. This overheating not only makes the phone uncomfortable to hold but also raises concerns about the device's long-term durability and safety.

3. **Camera Performance**: One of the main reasons I chose the Samsung S24 was its touted camera capabilities. However, the camera performance has been subpar. The photos lack clarity and detail, especially in low-light conditions. This is a significant letdown as I rely on my phone for capturing important moments.

4. **Delayed Security Patches**: Samsung promised timely security updates for this device, but that promise has not been kept. The security patches are consistently delayed, leaving my device vulnerable to potential threats.

5. **Customer Support Issues**: Perhaps the most frustrating aspect of my experience has been dealing with Samsung's customer support. Whenever I reach out for assistance, the support team merely tells me to wait while they escalate my concerns to the senior team. There has been no resolution or follow-up, making me feel neglected as a customer.

6. **Wi-Fi Issues**: I've also encountered persistent Wi-Fi connectivity problems with my device. Despite being connected to a stable network, the connection drops frequently, disrupting my work and entertainment.

Overall, my experience with the Samsung S24 Exynos variant has been extremely disappointing. The combination of hardware and software issues, coupled with poor customer support, has made this one of the worst tech purchases I’ve ever made. I hope Samsung addresses these issues promptly to prevent other customers from facing the same frustrations.

S24 exynos is a gimmick after 2200 there were no major changes in chip. Snapdragon variant was dedicatedly customised for Samsung Galaxy phones thus they perform on par. I bought s23 fe for same reason cause I knew that its just +200 in numbers and no increment in chip tech.

Bro, you should have gone for s24 plus variant ..using it for over 6 months now ..no issues at all ...it's Exynos 2400 ...battery life is extraordinary...1.5 days ..above all its a 12 gb ram phone so the operations are flawless...

S24 is a phone with a smaller battery ...8GB RAM phone ...

Ha ha.... samsung has some issues in all its exynos devices, but still they sell them, to maximize profit.

That's my SoT on S24. I dont face heating issues as mentioned here. It heats when using cameras that too after using it for a while. Even Ultra phones heat up.

I'm happy with S24. You should keep your apps optimised to get better battery. Try using Deep sleep apps.

Yes bro, I'm having this issue after the July update. It's been 7 days since I raised the issue, but the support team hasn't resolved it yet. I can manage the camera and gaming issues, but the Wi-Fi issue is a big problem for me because of some office work. 😤 #SamsungSupport #IssueNotResolved #Frustrated
