S24 battery began to drain fast as superfast train when using 5g outside even not in hot climate.using orginal 25 watt samsung only .Please bring a better update for battery backup.if capable increase brightness for this phone in outdoor not good as expected old phone is better with 1000 nits than this 2600 nits outside.

Therefore, if the phone is connected to multiple networks at the same time, the battery may drain faster than you would typically expect, and the phone may get a little warmer than when solely on 3G or LTE. However, we are taking your valuable feedback regarding drain issue. we are continuously working to make our products better and more efficient.

● You can reset your device by following the steps.
1. Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
2. Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
3. If you do not remember then advise to reset (Forgot password) his/her Google account.

Path: Settings> General Management.>Reset>Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup>After backup tab on Factory data reset to reset your device to its factory default settings.
This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.
