Hello, I am experiencing an issue with my camera. Sometimes, it becomes completely unresponsive and all functionalities cease to work, affecting both the front and rear cameras. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions or guidance on how to resolve this problem. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The same happened to my device also. We need to go to settings and do reset all settings option..then works fine but don't know about the bug

The camera output will also remain very poor in this even if you try all possible settings. It happened to me as well. This has the worst S series camera till date.

Reset the camera settings: Home screen tap on Camera>Settings>Reset settings>Reset.
Clear camera application data: Apps>Camera>Storage>Clear Data.
Check app cache: Settings > Apps > Camera> Storage > Clear Cache.

Check your device in safe mode: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/safe-mode-on-samsung-phones/

In case the issue still occurs, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
