Dear team,

My s24 ultra is not connecting to airport lounge wifi. I always see an error message "Couldn't get IP address". I tried some trouble shooting steps available on internet but nothing worked yet.

Can someone please help me ?

Yes, iphone is connected easily. Seems to be a specific issue with samsung phones. Any idea how this can be fixed?

Check once if others in the lounge are having the same issue or not.
If not , then one try restarting the device and connect.
If it does'nt work , then search 'Reset Wifi' in settings and reset the settings. Then try to connect.
