I got a message that S3 compatibility will not be available for phones manufactured after 2024. So I hurriedly bought an S24 Ultra. But the watch cannot be connected to it. Have written to Samsung on Twitter but they have not bothered to respond.
When I called helpline they asked me to visit service center to upgrade watch software. When I visited the service center they said that nothing can be done.
Can someone on this forum help?
