Hi guys am very depressed about my s24 ultra screen issue 

I bought this s24 ultra on 20th March 2025 
For a week it was good after a week screen stopped working 

Only with the s pen I am able to use it 

Please is there any one facing the same issue let me know how to resolve this 

I have done all the things nothing is working 

But some times it automatically start working with finger touch but it just lasting for 1-10. Touches on 

Please guide me to resolve this

As far as I know mobile phones come with world wide warranty, talk to customer care and be firm ask the executive to connect you with their senior authority and can also raise this matter with nodal officer.

Yes I tried this when I spoke the executive thay said it was under warranty it works in India

But when reach service center that says it's your responsibility to pay the charges your device not cover in India

Take up this matter with nodal officer via email I hope this will help you.

As your device is under warranty at least display should be replaced without any charges, take this up on priority basis as it's even not a month be aggressive and take continues follow ups with nodal officer through a written communication (email)

Please do not provide wrong information. Samsung does not provide an international warranty, unlike Apple; only country-specific warranties are offered.

I have seen many of them saying the same only they care about customers who are paying

Yesterday also there is some other guy in front me he bought buds stopped working with in a month they are not replacing and not doing service so sad to see this 😢
