S24 Ultra Preferred SIM issue

I have recently purchased this phone. I am using 2 sims and selected SIM -1 as preferred SiM for calling, sms and mobile data. The problem is that whenever i restarts the phone, the preferred option for calling, sms and mobile data automatically switches to SIM 2. 

Please help me to solve it

Please reset all settings of your's device in general management settings also Flight ✈️ mode on n off one time then try to it's again. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

I am unable to understand regarding glight mode. Whether i have to do flight mode activity after reset all settings

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon . If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also ,click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution . Thanks.

Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appriopriate issue category> Type your query and send.)

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
