Even 4 years old my Note 10 Lite received the February 2024 security update but latest Samsung's Powerful Advanced AI Flagship which cost 1.30 lakhs S24 Ultra has not received. I know the reason why it was late with that reason ony we will receive Android 15 after Samsung S21 FE. Then what is the use of purchasing high end Flagship at high price in which lots of problems like camera,display, battery and bugs, just because of testing purpose and giving more profit to the company in the name of R&D, marketing and etc. If you dont know how to release a high end flagship mobile in this competitive world at higher price without major bugs and problem, than stop making flagship and make only A and M series with regular bugs and trash and keep work on it. I know security patch update cycle is same for each model i.e. nearly 1 month, if we S24 Ultra users receive February 2024 update after all other models then we will get every month late after all other models, then what is the priority for us here after spending 1.30 lakhs ?.
