Who else is noticing the colors being washed out when switching to Vivid from Natural color profile under Display settings?

Requesting Samsung to please address the issue and have it resolved.

Same here. I am also facing green tint issue as well. Display looks trash

This is new. I am not noticing any greenish tint on my display.

Please refer to the attachment, this is the reply I got from team Samsung. I had told them about the colors washing out but instead they emphasised on the "display brightness" 1706639897676.jpg

Samsung reply is like no update is possible by software team.

Samsung want us to see what they want to show us (the dullest ever Samsung screen)

I think this is irreversible hardware issue which can't be fixed by them.

If a lot of users raise this issue, Samsung will have to recall all the affected devices and replace them.

They Have intently done it. . I had visited the service centre they told me that the new display is like this and they cannot do anything about. . Samsung is forcing users to accept it by calling it a new concept. . How can a downgrade be a new concept. . And why was this not announced on the launch event. .
They downgraded the display and camera for manufacturing cost reduction and now calling it new concept.

This is so unethical.

Well if that's the then it's really a bad move by Samsung. So this means we'll have to accept it as it is and nothing can be done…

Guys Let the new buyers be aware of this move. . Let all suffers like us educate friends around us who ever planning to buy S24 series about the dull display and camera degrade so that atleast they dont fall into the trap

It's really insulting to the customers not to understand the problem.

It's a really hard-to-accept truth that the S24 Ultra screen is worse than my exchanged OnePlus 7T Pro. I really miss it and regret exchanging it. 😔
