Guys! Which is the best charging cable or a cable brand which is capable of 45 watt/45+ watt power delivery for S24 Ultra?

Duracell makes something which you want
Try testing it will be ive never used never tried but they are leading company in lot of department

I charge my mobile with 65W PD charger (Ambrane) and charging cable support 100W/5amp . But Galaxy S24 ultra only withdraw power from charge Upto 27w max.

No. This is because S24 Ultra support only 10V max and 4.5 amp to gain 45 W . But I didn't find any mobile charger with this configuration.
