Hi,
I recently bought s24 ultra from USA. Ordered it directly from Samsung website . but after few months when I moved to Indiacannot use 5g I am using Reliance jio, checked in internet the phone has necessary hardware like 5g bands. I went to Samsung and jio both are of no help pushing blame on other Party

need help Please 
its very expensive device.

Jio True 5G is valid only for devices purchased within India.

I directly recharged for 1 year 2.5 gb/day and unlimited 5g.and I like jio services. Is there no way ?? Any soln?? Tricks hacks??🙏

First activate Jio True 5G services by inserting your Jio SIM into a 5G compatible phone purchased within India. Then insert your Jio SIM again in your phone and check.

I don't know if this trick will work or not, but you can try it once.

Phones purchased in USA does operate in different 5G bands than what is allocated to Jio. Secondly Jio network is compliant with India made or made for India phones.
