S24 Ultra 5g not working for Reliance Jio

Hi,

I recently bought s24 ultra from USA. Ordered it directly from Samsung website . but after few months when I moved to India I cannot use 5g I am using Reliance jio, checked in internet the phone has necessary hardware like 5g bands. I went to Samsung and jio both are of no help pushing blame on other Party

need help Please 

its very expensive device.

My Aim for asking the question was to get some trick/**bleep** to get jio work on my phone. Sooo sorry i cant mark it resolved. I will like the comment. Thanks

Try this options below:-1. Use jio app to register your jio number for 5g service. 2.Go to jio service centre tell them your problem but don't tell your mobile phone is purchased from USA. They do some bypass tricks to give you 5g connection.3. If any old mobile store near you go their and ask some tricks they are well know about that.

Specially i don't know but they register your device as Indian product in jio server. So the 5g work well.

If u purchase Smartphone in India then work fine

If u purchase Smartphone Outside Country Then Jio 5G Service No Longer Work Anymore As Per Jio Said

It's samsung problem, i have s24 canada version, same problem, no jio 5g working, samsung block network band, that's why all blogger use iphone, #samshit
