Is this normal? Like, I don't know but my phone seems to be getting heated for prolonged period (say around 1 hr) of social media consumption.

This might be a problem!

Watching videos can warm up the phone especially in 4K.
Change the performance mode to Light.
Disable device scanning
Disable WiFi scanning
Remove the phone cover and check.

These should help cool your phone.

No heating issue in my S24. Just very normal (minor) heat while playing game for long time. Its a superb device.
