Hi,
When I'm connecting any of my Bluetooth headsets, I'm unable to increase/decrease the volume. It stays the same, until I restart my device.
Is any one else facing the same issue. Pl help.

Did you tried unpairing the device once and pairing it again?

Yes, multiple times. I've been having this issue for more than 2 months now. I've tried unpairing, removing the devices, tried on for 4 Bluetooth devices, resetting the Bluetooth factory settings. Still, the issue is persistent. Not having the time to visit the service center, right now. But is guess that'll be the only option I'll have.

Try this once

In Developer options find,

Disable absolute volume: Disables the Bluetooth absolute volume feature in case of volume issues with remote devices such as unacceptably loud volume or lack of control

Restart phone to take affect.

If this also doesn't works, then check Bluetooth settings and see if you have any device volume sync option, if yes disable that.

Right now, I downgraded MAP version from 1.4 to 1.2. It's working normal as of now. Let's see if this sticks.

This option also didnt work. 6 months back, I submitted my to the service center. They changed all the internals of my phone, still after 2-3 weeks issue came back. By then I was frustrated so just decided to switch back to wired headphones. Now, the issue is still there but on rare instances. I guessing this might be some Software bug.
