Watch the above Youtube Short, it's not my video, I just got it's feed and it's totally heart breaking now. Why Samsung is still having this issue in 2023 End's Devices also? I am not feeling that scared since I already deal-ed the same with my previous phone so I know to tackle it and get free screen replacement but just warning you all. In above Shorts, a person is suffering from Green Line after October Security Patch update, and his device is also rejected even his device is in warranty which is only 4 months old. Please watch it.

It is accurate to state that Samsung is not assuming accountability for their own errors. In order to maintain their reputation and prevent a loss of trust, they should provide complimentary replacements, at the very least, for devices that are still under warranty.

So, You can be honest. Answer me why is this happening? Do not give any false answers since I have faced Three Times Green Lines and Three time screen replacement with various scenarios, with software update and without it, with liquid damage and without also, without pressure on phone and with. Answer me.

It is not possible to provide an exact solution to this issue, however, the problem of green lines appearing on displays is commonly associated with Samsung-made displays, including those used in iPhones. These issues often arise after system updates, so it is advisable to record a video of the phone before and after the update, ensuring that the video is uncut, as this can serve as proof of the issue. Alternatively, you can update the phone through the Samsung offline store, which may allow for a free screen replacement if the phone is under warranty.

I am still in August Security Patch Update and except Heating and Battery Draining which is the signature of FE series, there is no other major issues or bugs. So am I safe? I have never dropped my phone, nor any dents.

If your phone is within the warranty period, you are fully protected. I possess both the S23 and S23 FE models, and while the S23 FE commonly experiences heating and battery drain issues, the S23 does not. For testing purposes, we installed the October Security patch update and encountered no green line issues on either device. Based on our extensive research, this issue only affects a limited number of models. Basically do not update your phone unless and until all problems are resolved..
