Install Smart Switch on a PC or laptop. Connect your device to it using the original cable. You will find a pop-up for a software update. Click and install via Smart Switch. Please see a YouTube video for better understanding.

Don't do any factory reset, because I have the same issue and I did everything. After the stable One UI 7 update, no updates were received. Last month, I updated my device via Smart Switch.
