Samsung has now unveiled the One UI 8 release calendar for Global users. The company’s popular flagship phones will be getting a major upgrade within two weeks, while others are targeted to be upgraded by the end of next month.
On September 15, Samsung released the Stable One UI 8 update for the Galaxy S25 series. The software is currently limited to South Korea. The company will start the rollout for Global users from September 18, 2025.
One UI 8 Release Roadmap – Global
Samsung’s One UI 8 update will release globally on September 18, 2025. In a recent development, Samsung Newsroom Brazil has shared a precise roadmap, listing the dates of the start of the rollout for multiple phones and tablets.
Galaxy S
Samsung’s Galaxy S25 series will start getting One UI 8 in the Global market from September 18th. The Galaxy S24 series and Galaxy S23 series users will get the update from September 25 and October 2nd, respectively.
The Galaxy S22 series and Galaxy S21 FE are scheduled to receive the upgrade from October 6th and October 16th, respectively. No other S series smartphone is eligible for the One UI 8 update, such as the Galaxy S21 series.
