It's very normal at this time it's learning the usage patterns and calibrating your phone's battery

Brother Samsung one ui will learn your usage pattern for 5-7 days to optimise your phone for best battery backup.
Samsung s23 will give you 4.5-6 hours of screen on time depending on your usage.
I will suggest you to apply membrane on your display and get a good case also
And if you have black or green color then get is laminated from border because it's border is shiny and can get scratches while in a cover due to dust particles.

Thank you brother for your suggestion

3900 mah vs 6000 mah. You'll have to charge it twice a day if you are a heavy user.

My recommendations:
1. Dark mode on
2. Battery protection on
3. Power save on during night hours and avoid overnight charging.
