Hi you can try using Google Pay & try add bank cards there. In International version Samsung Pay/wallet won't work.
I recently bought s23 Ultra which was Saudi version, had to go to store where I purchased it & change it as I repeatedly asked the store if it was UAE version

I just ordered my Galaxy s23 ultra international version. I'm based in Abu Dhabi. I am worried about Google pay not working. Did you try Google pay? Also can you activate Samsung care 1 year on international version of not? I was thinking of taking the Salama accidental care for 2 years in replacement of non availability of Samsung care or warranty for the international version in UAE.

Samsung care is only for UAE version. Google pay will work but not Samsung wallet. If you want peace of mind I suggest getting the UAE version which will include 1 year Samsung Care+ and for an additional AED 200 you can opt for the 2 years Samsung Care+.

Hello,

Kindly note that there's nothing called International or Middle East version with Samsung, the thing is Samsung doesn't support the international warranty. So, If the customer purchased a device form the UAE, it won't be covered under warranty in another country.
Also, the differences might be in the apps, some apps are supported in one country but, they are not in the other country. For example, Samsung health app is supported in the UAE, but it's not in the other GCC countries.
Another example is Samsung pay app which is supported in the UAE & Kuwait & Qatar. But, it's not supported in Bahrain. However, we need you to provide the IMEI number of your phone to be able to its region.
