I m not being able to download samsung wallet or samsung pay on my phone .. currently im living in abu dhabi ... can anyone help me ... and also i cannot find option to add debit card on payment methods ... there is only credit card option .... s23 u...

Today i received an update of one ui 5.1 in my s23 ultra ... but my phone is already using one ui 5.1 and i was hoping it would be one ui 6 ... Plzz  somebody clear this thing to me ... im living in UAE
