My samsung galaxy S23 ultra - clock app is using 10-20% of the battery after the February security update.
Have to charge the phone 2 times and getting 4-6 hrs screen on time.

Anyone having the same issue?

Can anyone help provide any solution or should I wait for the next update?

This worked to some extent as now the most used app is not clock but the battery is still dropping rapidly.

Try to hard reset your phone. First backup your data and internal memory then do hard reset in bootloader.
